What is the difference between temporary and temporary to hire positions?
A temporary position is one that has a definite end date. A temporary job could be one day, one week, or even months. A temporary to hire position is when the hiring company has the intention of bringing someone on permanent, but wants to try it out first. This is also a wonderful opportunity for the employee to try out the company and make sure it’s the right fit.
