What is the difference between taking one of Center’s trainings and enrolling in the Saybrook College of Mind-Body Medicine?
The main difference of taking the Saybrook University program versus attending our trainings is whether you want a degree or not. The Saybrook program offers a degree, and you get to do other classes in addition to our programs. From the Center programs it includes attending the Initial Mind-Body Medicine, Advanced Mind-Body Medicine, supervision with our senior faculty and attending Food As Medicine program. Taking the Center’s programs only by themselves you might be able to get continuing education credits – depending on your profession and the actual program. If you are a Saybrook student and want to be Certified in Mind-Body Medicine by the Center, you still will need to apply into the Certification program and do some extra work after completing the Initial and Advanced Mind-Body Medicine.
