TABASCO® brand Processor s Blend contains the seeds and larger pieces of Pepper Pulp. This product is removed from the first finishing screen in the process. TABASCO® brand Pepper Pulp is removed from the final screen and has a much smaller particle size. The Pepper Pulp also has a little less moisture than the Processor s Blend.
