For the purposes of this question there is no difference between surgical and other invasive procedures in the office setting. All would require a determination by the practice of the ability to perform them onsite. Surgical or other invasive procedures are defined as those involving a skin incision or puncture including and excluding venipuncture or the placement intravenous catheters.
