One who is Sunni is one who follows The Qur’an and The Sunneh of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). Those who are Shi’a are individuals who are very much misguided. They think that the relatives of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), especially Ali, should be the leaders of The Islamic Nation. Some of them give partners to The Creator, through praying to human beings who are dead. Some pray to Ali while others pray to “saints”. To pray to any one but Allah is making that person a partner with Allah. Any one who gives a partner to Allah will find themselves in The Hellfire- if they continue to do so at the time of their death. A Sufi is one who is a Sunni. Sufism is one of the sects of The Sunni.
