Documents are termed Stream I when they are to be certified by the A-BCC only, after which the exporter will arrange to have them legalised by the relevant Embassy. Documents are termed Stream II when they are certified by the A-BCC and sent by the A-BCC to the relevant Embassy for legalisation. After certification and legalisation have been completed, the A-BCC will return the documents to the member company.
