The CBSE curriculum gives rigorous training in problem solving and application of principles. It is more conceptual. State Board is more competitive than CBSE. It needs more of memorising the concepts. Many students opt for state board syllabus after completing X in CBSE, as they are able to get an easy score. It is highly textual.
