What is the difference between Standard (UPS / FedEx) and White Glove Shipping?
Deliveries to the 48 contiguous states will be made via UPS, FedEx Ground or by common carrier depending on the overall weight of your order. The shipping costs are calculated for you during the online purchase. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address. When an item is oversized or heavy in weight, it must be delivered via “White Glove” shipping service. These items are blanket wrapped, delivered into your business or residence, and assembled (for an additional charge). For assembly please contact us directly as it will not be included in the shipping cost shown in your shopping cart. Unless otherwise specified as having “White Glove Service”, Brave Space does not provide installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses.
