What is the difference between standard and tamper-evident material?

Our standard material is metalized-polyester with permanent adhesive for either indoor or outdoor use. Tamper-Evident adhesive leaves a checkerboard pattern when the tag is attempted to be removed. This is ideal for situations where security is a concern. (See Features and Specs for more details about these materials).
