During the Buyback and Recycling processes you will be given the opportunity to choose between standard and premium shipping. Standard shipping requires you to package the product and take it to a local UPS drop off location. For an additional fee, premium shipping includes a convenient home pick-up service of your product by FedEx. In both cases you will be provided with pre-printed shipping labels to apply to the packaged product. It is important to note that there are different carriers (UPS vs. FedEx) utilized by HP and Market Velocity for the Standard and Premium shipping modes.
