What is the difference between Stained and Leaded glass?
These terms can be misleading. Stained glass traditionally referred to applying paints or enamels to then be fired into the glass to achieve color. However any panel using colored glass is usually referred to as stained. Leaded glass typically refers to clear textured or beveled glass products. Both terms are generally used to describe individual pieces of glass that are held together by a metal framework.
