What is the difference between spirituality in the workplace and religion in the workplace?
As an example, the Pharisees had religion but they had very little spirituality. They had added so much to the law that it was impossible to meet the standards. They had lost the intent God wanted for the Israelities to be given the law, to be close to Him. Instead they had distanced themselves from God by their traditons and rules.
