What is the difference between Soft and Regular pills? Why the “soft” pills I got are actually hard?
This is a very common question. Don’t worry, “soft” and “regular” terms describe only the method of use. “Regular” pills should be with a glass of water. “Soft” ones are for putting under the tongue till they dissolve (this is called sublingual administration). Both types of pills are hard in their consistence.
