The onsite course is an intense, full-time, course (Monday – Friday), which needs to be completed in four-weeks. It includes teaching practice experience and teacher observation. It gives you the opportunity to collaborate with other trainees and teach local Italian and other students in a classroom environment. It also provides an opportunity for you to receive feedback from professional EFL teachers and peers on your teaching practice performance. Any of the online courses are much more affordable and can be started and completed from anywhere at your own covenience. They also allow you the flexibility to complete a course on your own time. Most of them don’t include traditional “in the classroom” teaching practice, but allow you to work on modules with an experienced teacher trainer or tutor who provides feedback and suggestions on written assignments you complete.
