What is the difference between SE and DE?

• (SE)Single-Ended dread: A single ended dread is one dread with a loop at the top. These dreads are the dreads most commonly used in falls, but they are also sold loose for installation. 80+ single ended dreads are generally required for a full installation (depending on hair thickness). • (DE) Double Ended dread: DE is like two dreads that are connected at the top, or like one long dread that has been folded over. When the DE is installed it will look like two dreads. These are very good for hiding your installation method, and making for a full thick head of dreads.
