What is the difference between schezuan and General Tsos chicken?

The big difference is that Szechuan chicken isn’t batter-dipped and fried; General Tso’s is. The sauces are different, as are the vegetables they are served with, but a lot depends on who is making it. IME, Szechuan Chicken is usually served with green peppers and carrots, and General Tso’s is served with broccoli and whole red chili peppers (don’t eat them). General Tso’s sauce is more candy like, a clear red very sweet glaze and is often very spicy, where as Szechuan Chicken’s sauce is more cloudy, still red but less of a glaze and more of a sauce, and it is spicy but not always as hot as General Tso’s.
