What is the difference between scarp-forum and other SCARP lists?
One difference is that most SCARP lists target a specific functional group within the SCARP community, such as students, alumni or staff. By contrast, the scarp-forum list was created as a venue for informal discussion among any interested members of the SCARP community. This suggests another difference: that subscription to scarp-forum is voluntary. Members of scarp-forum choose to be included in informal discussion.
