What is the difference between saturated fat and calories?
ina nutshell, saturated fatty acids have no double bonds between the carbon atoms of the fatty acid chain; hence, they are fully saturated with hydrogen atoms. They can be broken down by the body for energy, this energy is known as caloires: 1 kcal actualy means one kilo-calorie.
