SandSpring Ranch Angus cattle are 100% Black Angus Beef. CAB on the other hand is certified to contain a percentage of Angus beef. While CAB, or any beef for that matter, that contain the Angus genetic background in any percentage will improve the overall quality, it is our belief that our 100% pure bred beef is simply superior. But, you don’t have to take our word for it, you can judge for yourself.
