What is the difference between sand blasting and plastic media blasting? Do you offer both?
Plastic media blasting is less abrasive, works well on painted surfaces with no rust or minor surface rust. It is particularly effective on certain fiberglass and aluminum surfaces. Sandblasting is a bit more aggressive. It works well on sheet metal and steel surfaces and is very effective on rusted surfaces. We perform both.
