What is the difference between salty white cheese & Feta ones?
Generally, cheese is produced by separating the great amount of milk’s serum & making viscous the dried material of the milk.To produce salty white cheese, the serum was separated after setting milk & cutting it in the shape of stuff ; whereas during the production of cheese, the serum was separated by passing the milk via a series of membranes. This process is carried out before setting the milk.
