Rx History is a list of the prescriptions you have written using the iScribe system. This can include new prescriptions you’ve written and pharmacy renewal requests you’ve approved. Dispensed Claims History is the list of claims pulled from Caremark or other payor claims data. If your patient has Caremark pharmacy benefits and has prescriptions filled via those benefits, you may be able to access that information and store it in your iScribe account.
