What is the difference between RRC and the other record clubs?
There are many. First of all, RRC is a grassroots business started by an individual – RONALD – and is not part of some large corporation. Second, our selections will always be a function of real musical taste and judgment rather than being part of some promotional campaign waged by a record label. Most importantly, RRC will be able to send its members brand new releases that have been purchased from record labels and distributors at normal rates. This means that the recording artists and producers and songwriters will receive the same royalties from CDs sold through RRC as they receive for CDs sold through music stores or other on-line sources. Most major record clubs operate very differently.
