Rookie League stressing fundamental play is available for 1st and 2nd graders. Two levels are offered within the Rookie division, Beginning and Advanced. Rookie (Beginning) features six weeks of instructional play with no weekly practices. Toward the 4th-5th week teams will begin controlled scrimmages. Division 4 (formerly Rookie II Advanced) offers returning 2nd graders and more athletic first graders the opportunity to expand by incorporating more advanced drills and scrimmaging opportunities over an 8 week period.
