• “Retail Box” is a Sun retail box. This usually costs more, due to packaging and the likes. • “Unused” is a brand new Sun Part shipped in bulk without the retail box OR is pulled, new out of retail box. • “System Pull” is a part that was either used or has been pulled out from a new Sun system.
