What is the difference between Residential Education and Housing and which do I go to?
The Department of Residential Education and Department of Housing work together and with other university offices to collaboratively offer the best possible on-campus living experience for our students. Residential Education focuses on: Programming, Community Development, Student Conduct, Outside of the Classroom Education, and general development of students’ identities and transition into adulthood. The Department of Housing is responsible for the application, room assignments and room change processes, charge adjustments, and adherence to the terms and conditions of the housing license.
