What is the difference between requesting a service and recording a service?
A service is requested when either a customer or staff member thinks that the service would be beneficial to a customer. Services are usually requested prior to an appointment with a JobLink Career Center staff member or during an interview session with a staff member. Recording a service is done after a specific core service has been provided to the customer. There could be multiple core services provided as a result of a single request for service.
