What is the difference between reply and forward?
When you press 1 for Reply, VIP puts you in the e-mail editor with the sender’s address and the subject already filled in. All you have to do is write the reply message to the sender. When you press 3 for Forward, VIP puts you in the e-mail editor with the sender’s message and the subject already filled in. All you have to do is fill in the address that you want the message forwarded to.
