What is the difference between Remote Unlocking and unlocking With Data Cable?
A.We presently offer unlocking services of two types:- 1) Remote Unlocking – The customer sends in the unique IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number or the ESN (electronic serial number), a unique identification code for his phone, along with the Network to which it is locked. On order confirmation, we give a Tracking Number to track the status of the unlock request. Thereafter, our engineers use Special Softwares designed specifically for calculating codes and post them on the website. The customer is notified through an Invoice which carries the Unlock Code. Alternately, the customer can Check Order Status online, by filling in the Tracking Number and the IMEI/ESN number. 2) Unlocking With Data Cable – Unlocking in such cases is done using Data cable and software. On receipt of order, we shall dispatch a Data Cable via DHL. The customer is notified about the cable dispatch through an Invoice which contains the software link to be used.
