What is the difference between “refurbished” and “used”?

All equipment, including new equipment, receives the same level of testing and inspection through Horizon Datacom’s testing procedures. The difference between refurbished and used is simply cosmetics – and cost. We have an extensive process for cosmetic refurbishing, including replacing missing or broken parts, such as face plates. Items marked as “used” are fully tested and functional, but have not been refurbished. The cost is lower to you, if you can accept minor cosmetic imperfections. Our warranty remains the same. Only gear sold “As Is” is sold without our warranty. What does refurbished mean other than blowing off the dust? Every piece of equipment is thoroughly inspected, tested, cleaned as it moves through our re-certification process. Equipment that is cosmetically affected will have plastics replaced, LED s replaced, scratches removed and repainted. What forms of payment do you take? For Domestic orders: • Wire Transfer • COD • Visa • MasterCard • American Express • Discover
