A. In rectum prolapse, the rectum descends to lie outside the anus. Primary rectum prolapse produces no pain but cause difficulty in defecation. However, multiple piles are those prolonged piles that left untreated, which produce severe pain. In the case of rectum prolapse, Rox may not therapeutically effective.
