Both products are water base emulsions, but the difference between PVA- Acrylic and PVA-Vinyl acrylic is in the composition. PVA- Acrylic is made of styrene and acrylic-ester copolymers, while PVA- Vinyl acrylic is made of vinyl-acetate and acrylic-ester copolymers.
