What is the difference between Received, Open, In-Work, Closed and Shipped?
· Open – when a unit is first received by Honeywell and entered in the system· In Work – unit is in process and going through the manufacturing/repair process· Partially Shipped – partial shipment of the order · Shipped – ítem has been shipped to the customer· Closed – ítem has been shipped and invoiced· Cancelled – order cancelled or rejected
