What is the difference between Rebound! and ADB PowerKey Pro?
Rebound! is essentially the Server Restart Option of ADB PowerKey Pro, put into a cute, round, yellow ADB device. Rebound! can automatically reboot any crashed Mac that supports the Apple keyboard restart code “Command-Control-‘Power On’ key”, which is basically the ADB PowerMac/PPC line, up to and including the Blue & White G3 model. Additionally, Rebound! has more crash response capabilities than ADB PowerKey Pro with SRO. The Rebound! 2.0 software adds significant enhancements to Rebound!’s software crash monitoring and prevention capabilities and includes a full logging interface with intelligent messaging options such as paging, email, alerts, and can centralize logs for multiple units.
