What is the difference between Rapport and WyseWorks Remote Administrator?
WyseWorks Remote Administrator is the original management tool for managing Winterm 3000 and 8000 series terminals. It does not offer the robust management features of Rapport, such as grouping, scheduling, and reporting. Like WyseWorks Remote Administrator, Wyse Rapport, version 4.0 has the ability to create a custom 3000 series binary that includes a configuration file. For Wyse Rapport 3.02, users can schedule a firmware installation and then a configuration update on 3000 series terminal to accomplish the same task. Rapport supports all Wyse Winterm thin clients.
