Qwest Web Connect is a base package and includes self service / IVR functionality and outbound notification. Qwest Web Connect & Route includes all the features of Qwest Web Connect augmented by enterprise router integration (e.g., Cisco® ICM). Enhanced features such as text-to-speech and speech recognition may be added to either package.
