What is the difference between professional hair color and store bought color?
The first difference is quality. Store bought color can be very harsh. The second difference is that store bought colors are mass-produced in a factory, in a salon stylist personally mix your customized color every time you come in. The color of your hair my differ each time you enter a salon. This varies from sun exposure, chlorine and many more elements. This is considered the base color to build upon. A store bought color can not take these variables into consideration . Also keep in mind that the manufacturer does not tell you when they change their product.
