What is the difference between processed and available balance?
A. The ‘available’ balance is the actual value of funds available to the account holder(s) for transfer purposes. The ‘available’ balance will always be displayed on your status bar at the top of the screen. The ‘processed’ balance is the total balance of the account and includes transactions which may not have been cleared. This is the balance upon which interest is earned on the account.
