Prism Desktop is the product used to create new documents or define business intelligence applications, guided analytics, dashboards and reports, as well as perform ad-hoc analytics. Prism Viewer is used to view and refresh existing documents. Prism LiveViewer lets you distribute information to named users on a customized, secure and live basis. Prism Viewer lets you provide data for offline sources (excel, access and CSV) to unnamed users, with no customization or personalization.
