What is the difference between Preview, Stage and Publish?
NetObjects Fusion allows you to Preview your site as you are working on it. You can preview the entire site, or only one page. Preview generates HTML for the pages indicated, launches the browser specified in your preferences and displays the page you wish to see in that browser. Preview creates HTML files and generates any images which are needed, but does not copy any additional assets to the Preview folder. When you Preview your site the HTML code that is generated uses absolute paths to assets on the drive. Both Stage and Publish generate HTML files and copy all assets to a predefined folder. When you Stage or Publish the HTML is generated with relative paths for all the assets and saves them to a folder. This folder can be left as is on a local machine or server, or can be uploaded via an FTP connection using the remote option. Stage and Publish have identical capabilities, but can be configured to point to different locations to allow a test server and a finished public server (s
