PowerPay is Allegheny Power’s direct debit program where the customer elects to have their account debited by the amount due on their bill at a date determined by Allegheny Power. Auto-Pay is a service provided by CheckFree allowing a customer to pay the minimum amount due automatically each month on either the due date or when the bill arrives. PowerPay information is maintained within Allegheny Power while Auto-Pay information is maintained within your CheckFree banking profile.
