Polyester Straps retains tension longer than Polypropylene Straps. It has a more “elastic” effect of keeping shrinking packages tighter. Polyester Straps is also being made to handle heavier loads once only thought to be capable of steel strapping. Polypropylene Straps can be used for light application only.
