What is the difference between “Plot Data” and “Individual Pairs?
“Individual Pairs” are all data or each single donor-recipient pair as stored in dbMHC. The download is organized by curves, therefore a single pair might be listed more than once. If you want to download all data, you have to define a single curve that contains all data. The easiest way to do this is to set the match option for each locus to “Ignore this locus”. “Plot data” lists the calculated values of the Kaplan Meier survival estimates for each data point on each curve.
