Plant cell is an eukaryotic cell because it has membrane bounded organelles such as nucleus. Bacterium cell does not have membrane bounded organelles so it is called prokaryotic cell. Plant cell has mitochondria, Golgi bodies and endoplasmic reticulum. But bacterium does not have mitochondria, Golgi bodies and endoplasmic reticulum. Plant cell has chloroplast but bacteria do not have chloroplast. Bacterium cell has flagellum for their motion but plant cell does not posses flagellum. Moreover, plant cell has cell wall which makes them rigid but outer boundary of bacterium cell is cell membrane.
