PET Evaporated Milk is a homogenized concentrate made from fresh, whole cow’s milk with a little more than half of the natural water removed. It is fortified with Vitamin D. PET Evaporated Skimmed Milk is also a homogenized concentrate made from fresh whole milk with half of the water and 99.5% of the butterfat removed. It is fortified with Vitamins A and D.
