What is the difference between Personal, Lab, and Community Workspaces?
The information in the Personal Workspace is private, similar to your lab notebook or personal desktop. The Lab Workspace is shared with everyone in your lab, so it is an ideal place to create an inventory of shared materials and to post notices about lab meetings or talks. The Community workspace is public to everyone who has a LabLife account. Through the tools on the Community Workspace, you can create a public profile for yourself or your lab. Some labs may choose to use the Community space to replace or complement an existing lab web page. You can access the different Workspaces through the tabs at the top of the page.
