What is the difference between People Soft & SAP (HR),Which one is better one to choose for Training ?
Peoplesoft is the best HR system in the world. But Oracle has not promoted Peoplesoft since taking over Peoplesoft. Plus many companies already have SAP Finance and Logistics so it was a logical decision to run with SAP HR. There are far more jobs in SAP Finance and Logistics compared with SAP HR and payroll is different for every country. But Finance and Logistics is mostly the same across every country so you can work anywhere in the world. Most large companies around the world already have SAP and the market is slowing so you might want to consider a career as an accountant as a safer bet. But if you want to do SAP, then SAP Finance and/or Logistics training is what you should do.
