A. A HH is considered as partially affected if its remaining land (outside the CoI, in the RoW) is considered as viable (e.g. more than 30 m²). In this case, the HH can remain in the RoW. If the HH has no sufficient remaining land outside the CoI or the land is not viable (e.g. less than 30 m²), he has to be relocated at another location. In this case the HH is considered as totally affected.
