Chlorine bleach is an agent used to remove color. There is no Chlorine in VIVID® Color Safe Bleach. The Oxygen bleach present in VIVID® Color Safe Bleach is safe for colored clothes. VIVID® Color Safe Bleach is an oxygen bleach which releases oxygen instead of chlorine when added to water. The reaction of oxygen bleach is milder than chlorine bleach. Therefore, oxygen bleach can be used safely on many fabrics and most colors.
