Output schedule is what the Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) may use to indicate the “base point” for a resource. Self-schedule is submitted for real-time settlement to specify the amount of the QSE’s energy at a specified source Settlement Point to meet the QSE’s energy obligation at a specified sink Settlement Point (Protocol Reference 4.4.3, 6.4.1 and 6.4.2).
